About Me 

I have over 19 years of experience in sales, operations and clinical leadership. My experience has made me the dynamic career driven leader I am today. I enjoy putting together successful teams that are high contributors to the companies overall success. Under my leadership a high retention rate is assured, because I make it my business to recognize and identify each team member’s attributions. I then create appropriate personal development plans to facilitate growth. My 30/60/90 day plan lays a good foundation for high-level company priorities and actionable goals for each office. I provide training, mentoring and conduct ongoing performance reviews with written feedback annually. This provides clarity of role and job duties which helps staff take ownership of their positions. Additionally, I have over 15 years of high level sales experience and train top earning sales closers. I'm a self motivated leader with a proven track record of generating revenue, cutting excessive overhead cost, and fostering business relations and acquisition.  My skills focus on maintaining and cultivating high functioning staff and a positive workplace culture. I've been helping dental offices grow through marketing methods for increasing new patients, new patient handling, reactivation of the unscheduled treatment list, how to fill hygiene, case acceptance, how to get more 5 star reviews, how to improve your referral program, employee incentives,  how to hit KPI metrics consistently, how to keep overhead down and how to measure success of each position in the office with proven analytics.
